We provide free shipping worldwide on all orders.

After an item has been shipped, average delivery times vary from 3-15 business days for domestic orders and 1-4 weeks for international orders (depending on the country).

During giveaways and sale periods, please allow additional time to receive your order (due to the high volume of orders we receive during those times).

You can track your order using our Order Tracker.

You can find your Order ID in the order confirmation email.

Go to your e-mail inbox and search for “ JoyeAutoMMB ”. If you can’t find it inbox, please also check your spam and promotions folder.

You can make changes to your order within the first 12 hours if the order has not been sent out yet. Keep in mind, most orders during business hours get picked and packed within 2 hours.

Yes, we ship worldwide and shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and desired shipping speed/carrier.

No, you do not need to buy it but it definitely helps navigate the box more effectively. If you do not have touch screen in your vehicle, we strongly encourage you also buy a MMB Remote.


Orders can be returned within 30 days from the date your order is delivered. To qualify for a full refund, returned items must be in their original condition with no evidence of wear and tear. All components included in the original order must also be returned. (For example, our MMB Box products come with a packaging box, two sets of cables, an instructional manual, and the actual device.)

The first time you plug in the box it takes about 15 seconds to recognize the device. Each time after that, it loads up in seconds!

Simply download the Netflix app within the Google Play Store within the MMB Box device. Log into your account and start streaming your favorite shows.

Turn your cars display screen into a smart TV using the MMB Box. Simply plug the MMB Box into your car's USB port and the regular CarPlay or Android Auto screen will be replaced with ours. Download any app and start streaming with the MMB Box.
